0:02and uh David we’re just going to jump
0:05right in I know your time is limited so
0:07tell us a little bit about the flagship
0:09the Cornerstone of Life wave which is
0:12×39 yeah so x39 came after 10 years of
0:17development work into stem cells and
0:20regenerative medicine and uh basically I
0:23was looking for a way to activate uh
0:26stem cells as opposed to having to
0:28inject stem cells in the body so we
0:31engaged in research in both uh the
0:33United States and in Ireland uh we were
0:36working at the regenerative medicine
0:38Institute at the National University of
0:40Ireland and uh we were funded by
0:43scientific Foundation Ireland for this
0:45work and uh that resulted in over 70
0:48patents globally on uh new methods for
0:52activating stem cells so so essentially
0:55what this means is that you don’t have
0:58to inject stem cells into the body we
1:02can use um light therapy or puls
1:05electromagnetic field therapy to get uh
1:09the stem cells that are already
1:10endogenous the stem cells that are in
1:12the body to act like younger and
1:14healthier cells so that was uh I think
1:16some very exciting outcomes of This
1:19research work and that of course ended
1:21up in the product that we call
1:23×39 absolutely amazing now I’ve actually
1:26had uh stem cell injections very pricey
1:28very pricey uh I think it was like
1:30$10,000 uh in my shoulders probably all
1:33my days of doing pull-ups in the SEAL
1:34Teams uh kind of had it had its effect
1:36over time it had uh I think a a minimal
1:40effect uh but I I can tell for a fact
1:44that the x39 has has been I wish I had
1:47known about it before because x39 has
1:49definitely turned around a lot of aches
1:51and pains and so forth uh my shoulders
1:53started to act up because normally when
1:54you get a stem cell um injection you
1:57have to keep getting them and like I
1:59said they’re very pricey so this is very
2:01cost effective and and how do you
2:03approach that uh from your point of view
2:06the cost effectiveness of
2:07×39 yeah well actually in order to
2:10address that we should talk about the
2:13efficacy because you brought up an
2:15incredibly big Point uh with stem cell
2:18injections uh they’re not entirely
2:21effective and it’s a little bit of a
2:23double-edged sword and one of the
2:25reasons is that stem cells was
2:27discovered um in
2:30California um at Sanford Burnham that
2:34stem cells are attracted to inflammatory
2:37cyto kindes so you need this
2:39inflammation at the injury site because
2:42it’s going to break down healthy tissue
2:45but very often the inflammation is
2:47chronic so when the stem cells get to
2:50the injury site the inflammation kills
2:52them off what makes uh and that that’s
2:55why stem cell injections can have either
2:58very good or limited efficacy see
3:00depending on how that inflammation is
3:02managed so the beauty of x39 is that it
3:05elevates uh a natural peptide in the
3:08body called gkcu or copper peptide and
3:12this copper peptide in addition to being
3:15known to mobilize stem cells is also
3:18going to help to manage the inflammatory
3:21process uh very often what people will
3:24do when using our products they’ll apply
3:27an eon patch to the point of pain so
3:29your case to the shoulder and then x39
3:32at the back of the neck and uh this is a
3:35phenomenal combination because it will
3:38both help to manage the inflammation and
3:40mobilize the stem cells along with a
3:42number of other very significant health
3:45benefits so um you know in terms of cost
3:48Effectiveness and and safety there’s
3:51nothing with x39 that’s going into the
3:53body it’s stimulating the skin with
3:55light we have the clinical studies to
3:58show that it is elevating copper peptide
4:02and um all of that with x39 is about 100
4:05bucks a month compared to 5,000 bucks a
4:08month for stem cell
4:10injections that’s fantastic and I know
4:13we’ve we’ve done a show in the past
4:14where um it’s that’s interesting you
4:16talk about the inflammation part uh so
4:18we talked about the um uh the
4:21vaccination uh covid-19 vaccination and
4:24how uh x39 it actually helped people
4:27that were having uh like you talk about
4:29inflammatory
4:30uh problems uh the basically the cells
4:32the blood cells clumping together so
4:34they don’t transport oxygen as as
4:36efficiently and then you know we saw
4:38that the uh x39 actually helped the the
4:42that tremendously and is that because of
4:44the inflammation effect or were there
4:46other factors who are involved yeah so
4:49we performed two studies on individuals
4:53that had had the uh mRNA
4:56vaccines and um what we found uh that
5:01was contradictory information at the
5:04time in other words the um
5:07pharmaceutical companies were saying
5:09that you would get an injection of the
5:11MRNA vaccine and the inflammation was
5:15only temporary that it would clear out
5:17in about two weeks and we found that
5:19wasn’t true uh we found in 100% of the
5:22population that we studied 80 out of 80
5:25people um that even after 4 months
5:30their inflammatory markers were still
5:33high this was an incredible concern we
5:35also found elevated white blood cell
5:38counts so that means the immune system
5:40was responding as if there was an
5:42infection in the body and of course over
5:45time this would lead to uh potentially
5:47lead to autoimmune disorders so um there
5:51are number of natural solutions on the
5:53market so for example very common one
5:56that was recommended at that time was
5:58anical cysteine
6:00uh for the purpose of elevating
6:01glutathione to help manage the
6:03inflammation and we found that x39 not
6:07surprisingly uh had antioxidant like
6:10activity and also elevated uh
6:12glutathione levels so we did in fact uh
6:16find that um use of x39 helped to manage
6:20inflammation wow incredible and it it
6:23definitely has we we uh do a weekly uh
6:25Miracle show and people have come in
6:27with the incredible miracles of theyve
6:30experienced with life wave now we have
6:32uh um RFK Jr that’s coming in and uh
6:36he’s talking Maha make America healthy
6:39again now he’s talking about how he’s
6:41going to come in with uh because you
6:43know we kind of like had to go on the
6:44download a little bit with the stem cell
6:46stuff uh unfortunately he’s coming out
6:49and saying that he’s he’s basically
6:50going to take the reins off of anything
6:52like that from big farm of big food big
6:55aggra uh what what are your thoughts on
6:57that is that going to uh help uh life
6:59wave
7:01um for full disclosure uh I was invited
7:06to participate in rfk’s panel uh in
7:10terms of what he’s attempting to do uh I
7:13declined because my duties at life wave
7:16uh keep me extremely busy but it was
7:18certainly an honor uh to be recommended
7:21for that Council um I’m a huge fan of
7:25what RFK is wanting to do in terms of uh
7:29revamping the FDA and especially getting
7:31them to stop their attack on nutritional
7:34supplements it should be a free and open
7:36market um nobody wants a company that is
7:39going to be making claims that will
7:41defraud consumers or uh present
7:43information that’s false nobody wants
7:46that so there’s obviously a role there
7:47for the FDA uh but there does need to be
7:51a little bit more freedom in the market
7:53and uh companies absolutely need to be
7:56able to tell the truth about what these
7:59supplements are doing the clinical
8:01research is all there so I’m definitely
8:04a fan of what RFK is doing absolutely
8:08wow that is a great honor I wish you
8:10could have been uh free to do that that
8:12probably would have made a great impact
8:13but I’m sure there would probably be
8:15some you guys will be in touch a little
8:17bit there so hope well uh you know
8:19actually RFK is using our patches and
8:23okay and I someone told me that he
8:25enjoys them H so I bet he does we’ll
8:28have to see where that goes
8:30absolutely that sounds exciting very
8:31good very good good absolutely good
8:33Insight appreciate that uh so at the
8:36conference uh I was fortunate to uh
8:39participate in a in drinking of the new
8:43uh life wave water uh that you’ve come
8:45youve teased this for quite some time so
8:47I I was very happy to actually
8:49experience this uh and and you were
8:52spoton as far as like the uh how quickly
8:55uh people were getting response I know
8:56you you talk about that I’m like ah I
8:58got to see the amazing result
9:00I felt like my the neurons in my brain
9:02just like just open up I felt Clarity
9:05for the rest of the day my my throat
9:07Shakra felt like it was sending out
9:09light and uh every nerve in my body
9:11seemed to tingle kind of like a nasin
9:13rush but on a on a on a deeper level
9:15like on the neuronal and actual uh you
9:17know uh um even in the spine so the
9:22nerves everything was were activated so
9:25what can you tell us about this uh you
9:27know briefly about this technology so
9:30typically when people think of light
9:32therapy it’s that we’re stimulating the
9:34skin with with light and that’s
9:36typically with lamps or lasers LEDs and
9:40life wave of course is a new method for
9:42stimulating the skin with light uh but
9:45it still has that limitation that we’re
9:47getting light onto the surface of the
9:49skin so the concept that I wanted to
9:52work on over the years was is there any
9:56way to get light inside of the body and
10:00there are some
10:03um interesting approaches to this so for
10:06example there’s UV lights that you can
10:09put up your nose and uh this will help
10:12to IR radiate the blood and ozonate the
10:14blood but I I really was looking for
10:17something that would have a systemic
10:19effect so the concept that I began to
10:22work with was what if we could somehow
10:25embed photons of light into water so so
10:29that when you drink the water which goes
10:31everywhere that uh when the water is
10:34metabolized the photons of light would
10:36be released and if we could use
10:38wavelengths of light that would trigger
10:41a regenerative mechanism in the cells
10:44then that could be something
10:45extraordinary so very simply this new
10:49technology is uh a new structure of
10:53water we could use that or a new phase
10:56of water and photons of light are
10:59embedded into the bonds between hydrogen
11:02and oxygen so that when you drink this
11:04water the light is released into the
11:07body and the wavelengths of light that
11:10we’re using um are those that are based
11:14off of how lobsters do not age so of
11:19course I took me 90 minutes to present
11:22this at conference but the short story
11:24is I found a biological code in lobsters
11:28uh in the form of light emissions in
11:30their blood and I trace that back to uh
11:35the uh ability of lobsters to defy aging
11:39as we know it and those wavelengths of
11:41light got embedded into there’s six
11:43different wavelengths of light and that
11:45got embedded into this water and then we
11:47went ahead and we’ve performed uh four
11:50clinical studies to date uh there’s
11:52three more that are on the way and uh we
11:55basically found that within 15 seconds
11:58of drinking this water
11:59uh we could see changes in the the uh
12:01blood the urine and also the
12:04bioelectrical readings in the body
12:06especially around uh the heart and the
12:08Brain unbelievable yeah I can I can
12:11attest it was uh absolutely incredible
12:13drinking that water so I look forward to
12:15that coming out can you tease us a
12:16little bit with where when that might
12:18come out in the next year yeah So the
12:22plan is between now and um February
12:27we’re going to be taking the top Elite
12:30uh leaders in the company and uh I’m
12:32pretty sure you’re going to qualify for
12:34that so by February uh the top 30 Elite
12:37leaders would get a free water machine
12:40which is very expensive thousands of
12:42dollars and uh but we want to give that
12:44as a gift to our uh top leaders as a way
12:47of saying thank you to them for doing a
12:49phenomenal job with our business uh and
12:52then we’ll start an incentive so that uh
12:55we’ll begin shipping water machines to
12:58the general public in and around April
13:01and um we’ll give our leaders in our
13:04International markets an opportunity to
13:07uh win a free machine as well wow that’s
13:10fantastic wow so that’s the the future
13:13of Life wave I know you you had said it
13:15conference that you have uh many years
13:17worth of uh product launches that are
13:18going to come off of the uh the water
13:20machine what else do you have
13:23planned uh well basically you know what
13:26this technology is all about is we want
13:28to find ways to help stop and reverse
13:33the human aging process so this water
13:35machine is the first go at that
13:38technology but we have other
13:41applications um that we’re looking into
13:44so if I were going to give you an
13:46example let’s say we were going to apply
13:49this into skin care
13:51um most skin care uh light systems are
13:56for reducing the appearance of lines
13:59wrinkles but imagine for a moment that
14:01you went far beyond that what if we
14:03could
14:05actually have a light therapy system
14:07where we could create younger
14:10skin that would be the goal and that
14:13would be why it would be different than
14:14everything else wow that would be
14:16amazing if I get much younger it’s going
14:18to be like uh I don’t know because I’ve
14:22already started uh uh going back in time
14:25people have told me uh over the last uh
14:27year two years that I I look at lot
14:29younger so you look younger now than
14:31when we first met I I will definitely
14:34vouch for that wow thank you appreciate
14:36that that’s great coming from you yeah
14:38and uh you’re you’re absolutely that’s
14:40one of the reasons why I want to get in
14:42life wave because we’re close you’re a
14:43little bit little bit younger than I am
14:45but uh you’re definitely look much much
14:48younger than uh you know your age so
14:50thank you so much for you know bringing

14:56experiences and uh insights oh it’s over
